The Law Offices of Rick Barry, P.C. was founded by Rick Barry in 1991. Rick has been representing first responders, including fire fighters and police officers, for over twenty years. He has obtained many favorable damage settlements, awards and verdicts for fire fighters and police officers who have had their constitutional and statutory rights violated or who have sustained injuries either on or off the job.

The firm specializes in labor and employment, personal injury, workers’ compensation law, as well as criminal and DWI defense, disability retirement disputes, family medical leave act and employment discrimination matters. The firm also specializes in bringing First Amendment and Freedom of Association claims, and representation of clients before state agencies such as the Missouri State Board of Mediation.

Although the firm represents a large number of first responders, their families, friends and referrals, we welcome any employee or injured individual to contact us to utilize Rick’s legal knowledge and expertise.

Especially if you are a first responder, please feel free to contact the firm about any of your legal issues or problems. If we cannot help you we will assist you in finding reputable counsel.
